Active eligible employees, dependents and pensioners may receive this benefit.
You and your eligible dependents will be entitled to reimbursement for the cost of an annual eye exam and pair of prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses per year. The maximum amount of this Benefit is $100.00 every two calendar years (beginning with odd numbered years) per covered person.
